About Dr. Ashish Taneja

“Dr. Ashish Taneja is a Fellowship Trained Joint Replacement Surgeon and an expert in surgical modalities in Primary and Revision Joint Replacement of hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow. He received his training from prestigious institutes in the country and abroad. He did his graduation from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, and his post-graduation from PGIMER, Chandigarh. He then received his fellowship training from the University of Calgary, Canada, and the University of Missouri, USA. He is in practice for more than 17 years in which he has done thousands of procedures including primary and revision Joint Replacement. At present, he is working with Max Healthcare as a Senior Consultant – Orthopaedics and Joint Replacement. He is the Director and Founder of Delhi Bone and Joint Clinic.

Dr. Taneja has expertise in Primary and Revision Joint Replacement, Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty, Computer Navigated Knee Replacement, Arthroscopic knee surgery as well as Orthopaedic Trauma. He has handled numerous complex medical cases and is known for attention to detail, accurate diagnosis, and treating patients with empathy.

Dr. Taneja has written a lot of articles and books, and he has won awards including the “”Best Research Paper Award – University of Calgary, May 2016″” and the “”CUHK-AADO Scholarship”” from Hong Kong in 2010. He co-chairs the ISKSAA Research Committee and is dedicated to advancing and advancing clinical research in India. In 2017–18, he also established the “”ISKSAA Researcher of the Year Award.””
